Workshop for comprehensive supervision of construction works

With the view to enrich the knowledge of police personnel about the basics of maintenance of construction works.

RPIDCL has organized theoretical and practical training (on project sites) program for Constables, Head constable and Assistant sub Inspectors in the name of SAMYAK DRISHTI (The Third Eye). The basic objective of this program is, apart from enrichment, to supervise the repair and maintenance works of buildings of police department by construction agencies and contractors. Besides, improving the quality of original and repair works, timely completion of works and utilizing the recourses fully and properly, are the basic thrust in this training program.

Experience engineers at the level of asst. engineers to chief engineers of various construction agencies like Public Works Department, Housing Board, Military engineering services, urban improvement etc. have imparted this training to police personnel.

Around 60 police personnel were trained by RPIDCL and they are placed at various construction and repair work sites. The performance of the police personnel in supervision is found to be of excellent quality.

Encouraged by this result RPIDCL is organizing refresher training to the above police personnel with the view to further enhance the quality of supervision.

This is a unique experiment which was appreciated in the 7^th all India Police Housing Conference organized by bureau of police research and development, Ministry of Home Affairs, New Delhi on dated Dec. 8^th and 9^th 2020. This experience is included in the resolutions in the conference.

गुणवत्ता प्रहरियों की गुणवत्ता जाँच सम्बन्धी कार्यशाला.

राजस्थान पुलिस आधारभूत संरचना विकास निगम एवं सार्वजनिक निर्माण विभाग के संयुक्त तत्वाधान में, बीकानेर स्थित गुणवत्ता नियंत्रण प्रयोगशाला में चार दिवसीय कार्यशाला का आयोजन दिनांक 10 जनवरी 2023 से 13 जनवरी 2023 की अवधि में किया गया।

उक्त कार्यशाला सम्पूर्ण में राजस्थान से निर्माण गतिविधियों का पर्यवेक्षण कर रहे, 34 गुणवत्ता प्रहरियों ने सहभाग किया। जिनमें से 11 प्रहरी सिविल इंजीनियरिंग की डिग्री / डिप्लोमा की तकनीकी शिक्षा प्राप्त किए हुए हैं।

सभी गुणवत्ता प्रहरियों को सार्वजनिक निर्माण विभाग के अनुभवी एवं तज्ञ अभियन्ताओं द्वारा निर्माण सामग्रियों / निर्मित की गुणवत्ता जाँच हेतु की जाने वाली विभिन्न जाँच प्रक्रियाओं का गहन प्रशिक्षण दिया गया।

तीन दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण श्री जसवन्त खत्री, अति. मुख्य अभियन्ता (रीको) के निर्देशन में श्री सुनील गहलोत (अधिशाषी अभियन्ता सानिवि), श्री हरिराम मण्डा (अधिशाषी अभियन्ता,सानिवि), श्रीमती शिल्पा कच्छवाहा (उपमहाप्रबंधक RPIDCL), विक्रम विश्नोई (सहायकअभियन्ता, सानिवि), महेन्द्र चोपडा (सहायक अभियंता, सानिवि), नकुल रेवणकर (वैज्ञानिक) के द्वारा दिया गया। 13 जनवरी 2023 को प्रत्यक्ष, फील्ड ( RAC परिसर) में जाकर भी गुणवत्ता प्रहरियों को प्रशिक्षण दिया गया। चार दिवसीय (10 जनवरी से 13 जनवरी 2023) का सफल संयोजन श्रीमती शिल्पा कच्छवाहा, उपमहाप्रबन्धक (RPIDCL) के कुशल नेतृत्व में सम्पादित किया गया।

कार्यशाला के सफल संयोजन में श्री धनराज नायक सहायक महाप्रबंधक (RPIDCL) एवं श्री राजेश चौधरी (निरीक्षक, राजस्थान पुलिस) की सक्रिय भूमिका सराहनीय रही।
